Tiger Mountain Pokhara Lodge

The lodge is located on a ridge half an hour's drive outside Pokhara. It is an ideal base to relax in a rural mountain setting away from the hustle and bustle of Nepal's cities. The comfortable rooms have a central lodge, bar and dining room and are arranged in clusters of cottages resembling a Nepali village. All rooms have attached bathrooms, private verandas and views of the Himalayas. Daily table d'Hôte menus include a range of Nepali dishes and continental specialities made from local fresh ingredients and home-grown herbs and garden salads. Guests enjoy bird walks and day hikes through the forests and villages, accompanied by trained local guides. The secluded, award-winning swimming pool reflects the white peaks. Masseurs offer a range of Ayurveda and shiatsu therapies, and yoga and meditation sessions are also available at the accommodation.

Tiger Mountain Pokhara Lodge is affiliated with Pack for a Purpose. Pack for a Purpose is a charitable organisation that allows travellers to spend several kilos of their luggage weight to help local residents. Think school supplies, clothes, medical equipment and other necessities donated to the local project through the lodge.
