Whether you are looking for adventure, relaxation or a combination of both, we design your dream tailor-made trip. Personal attention and service are key. Every trip is unique, with stays in exceptional accommodation and a comfortable pace of travel. The hidden gems and highlights of each destination are discovered and experienced.

The first step in creating your dream trip is to find out your travel preferences. You can submit your wishes via e-mail or our contact form, but it is also possible to discuss your plans over the phone. You are also welcome to visit our office; we will be happy to schedule an appointment with you to ensure that the right travel specialist for your travel destination is present.
Besides your travel requirements, we also discuss your interests, travel period, travel company and budget you have in mind for the trip. This way, we can better create a targeted tailor-made travel proposal for you. You will always be in contact with the same travel specialist; from request to return home!

With your travel requirements, we get to work on creating a tailor-made travel proposal. We will set up the itinerary, find out the current prices, check the availability of your accommodations and work out the digital proposal for you. This will then be sent to you in an e-mail from us. If you prefer to receive a proposal in PDF form, this is also possible.
After this, you and your travel group can review the travel proposal and let your Avila travel specialist know if you would like any adjustments. We customise the trip entirely for you, so it is no problem to make changes to your itinerary, accommodations or activities at this stage.

When your trip is completely to your liking, we will book the trip for you. We will send you a booking form where you can fill in the necessary personal information and review your rights. Once we have received confirmation of all services, we will send you the booking confirmation by e-mail.
Then it's time to wait for your departure! Should you wish to book additional activities in the meantime, this is of course possible. Making changes to the itinerary, or in accommodation, becomes a lot more difficult at this stage, as deposits have already been made. Of course, in this case we will always work with you to see what is possible.

After you book, you will receive a booking pack with a beautiful travel guide of your destination, so you can get in the mood in advance. If you book and leave within 8 weeks, you will receive this together with your travel documents.
About 2 weeks before departure, you will receive the travel documents for your trip. At the time of booking, you can indicate on the booking form whether you would like to receive the travel documents digitally only or also by post. Your travel documents consist of important information about your trip, required e-tickets for your flights and any vouchers, and of course contact details so that you can always reach someone during the trip.

Just before your departure, we wish you a good trip and you can still discuss any questions with your travel specialist. During your trip, you will be in good hands with our local partners, with whom we have worked for many years. For destinations with time differences, it is also the quickest way to get answers.
Through them, you can best still book any excursions during your trip if you wish. Of course, we are also at your service during this phase and you can always reach us on our 24/7 phone number.

When you have returned home we would love to hear how you had a great time! Through a phone call or otherwise by e-mail, we will ask you about how your trip was. Of course we aim to make sure you had a fantastic travel experience, but it is always good to hear if there is anything we can improve. Your feedback is very valuable to us!
