Air travel to Switzerland
Welcome to Switzerland! Upon arrival at the airport, your hire car will be waiting for you, all ready to go. You’ll drive to your accommodation in your own time. On the way, you’ll pass the glistening Lake Geneva and drive between snow-capped mountain peaks – a picturesque introduction to the Valais landscape. As you approach Monthey, the road winds its way up to the hamlet of Les Cerniers, where your accommodation, the Whitepod Eco-Luxury Hotel, is situated at an altitude of 1,400 metres.
Upon arrival, you’ll park your car at the chalet at the foot of the estate. There, you’ll be welcomed personally, and the staff will take your luggage to your pod by snowmobile or electric quad bike. You can spend the rest of the afternoon acclimatising at your leisure, enjoying a hot drink by the open fire, and soaking up the tranquillity of the snow-covered mountains.

Husky tour & Swedish bath
After a relaxing morning in your pod, where you wake up to views of the snow-capped mountains and fresh mountain air, you’ll set off on an unforgettable experience: a husky sled ride. The enthusiastic dogs are already raring to go whilst you’re introduced to the musher. After a brief briefing, you’ll slip into the sledge, surrounded by silence and snow. Guided by the huskies and accompanied by the soft crunch of snow beneath the sledge, you’ll glide through an enchanting winter landscape of pine forests, open fields and frozen streams.
Upon returning to Whitepod Eco Luxury Hotel, it’s time for pure relaxation. You’ll have access to the serene sauna area and the heated Swedish bath. As the sun slowly disappears behind the mountain peaks, you’ll enjoy the warmth of the sauna or the steaming bath, surrounded by snow.
In the evening, you can admire the spectacular starry sky outside on the estate terrace or right outside your pod. Far from the city lights, the Milky Way sparkles above you, and on a clear night, countless stars are visible.

2-day heliski experience
The coming days will be dedicated to one of the most exclusive winter sports experiences in the world: heli-skiing in the breathtaking Alpine landscape. In a small group, with personalised attention and professional guides, you’ll set off on a two-day adventure where adrenaline and unspoilt nature come together. Within minutes, you’ll be soaring above snow-covered mountain ridges, far away from the hustle and bustle of the ski resorts. The scenery below you is impressive: white powder snow, silent mountain peaks and untouched slopes stretching as far as the eye can see.
The helicopter drops you off at a remote mountain peak, where your guide takes you on a descent. You’ll ski between rocky outcrops, across wide alpine meadows and past forests, always in places that are normally inaccessible. Everything is tailored to the group’s ability and the weather. Over two days, you’ll make various descents, totalling between 12,000 and 15,500 metres of vertical drop, depending on conditions and group dynamics. In between runs, hot drinks and snacks are provided, and the guide will tell you about the unique surroundings as you ski.

Snowshoeing and Swiss cheese
On your last full day, you’ll experience the Swiss Alps at a leisurely and authentic pace during a guided snowshoe walk through the wintry landscape. After breakfast, you’ll get ready for a unique excursion that takes you deep into nature, far away from the ski slopes and crowds. Accompanied by an experienced guide, you’ll venture into the silent forests and snow-covered alpine meadows. Thanks to your snowshoes, you’ll walk effortlessly through the deep snow whilst enjoying panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and valleys along the way.
Halfway through the walk, a tasty treat awaits: a hot lunch of traditional Swiss cheese fondue. With a view of the snow-capped peaks, you’ll dip fresh bread into creamy, melted cheese – the ultimate Swiss moment of comfort and conviviality.
