Buggy tour Pedra Furada, Preá, Blue Lagoon & Paradise Lagoon
The day begins with a short drive to the starting point of the 30-minute hike to the Pedra Furada, an arch of a huge rock that has been shaped by waves and climate. The hole in the centre of the arch fits perfectly into the sun at sunset at some times of the year. As this hike is normally done at low tide, it is possible to stop along the way for a refreshing dip in some natural pools.
After the Pedra Furada walk, a buggy ride will take you to Preá beach, an authentic fishing village with a small community committed to keeping the place authentic and living off fish, shrimp and lobster. Preá is also known as one of the best places in Brazil for kitesurfing. Around the Preá area, the adrenaline is sought by cruising up some high sand dunes only to go down steeply.
From Preá, the itinerary continues to the Blue Lagoon characterised by beautiful blue-green fresh water with white sand and banks of wood in the water that serve as springboards. Not far from the Blue Lagoon, you will also visit Paradise Lagoon.
A tasty lunch is served at one of the lagoons where a few bars and restaurants line the shores. The classic Brazilian picture with hammocks and tables in the water before returning to Jeri.
