Wine tasting at Burrowing Owl Estate

Burrowing Owl Estate Winery combines the latest technology with classic winery tradtions, producing wines with rich fruit character. Burrowing Owl's wines can be found in many sophisticated restaurants and wine shops and, of course, at the vineyard itself.

You will have a private wine tasting at the Burrowing Owl Estate Winery, where you will take a walk through the vineyards while learning about wine biology, the growing cycle, the concept of terroir and Burrowing Owl's winemaking practices. After the walk, you will have a wine tasting where the main concepts of winemaking, just experienced in the vineyard itself, return. You will taste about 5 to 6 wines and the tour lasts about 75 minutes.

With this tour, you will contribute to the Burrowing Owl Conservation Society, for the protection and breeding programme of the endangered Burrowing Owl. Don't forget to bring your binoculars!

Clothing tip: closed shoes, hat/cap, sunscreen, sunglasses and it is recommended to bring a bottle of water.
