Villa Neri Resort & Spa

Villa Neri Resort & Spa is an exclusive hotel with elegant rooms, gourmet restaurants, a welcoming and intimate spa and a large saltwater pool surrounded by a lush garden.

The hotel was built according to bio-architectural criteria. As in the old noble houses, the exterior is characterised by two colours, classic light blue and brick red.

Of the 24 rooms, nine are enoteca suites with hot tubs, loggias and terraces. They also have several small private cellars, with a selection of white and red wines produced by both the family-owned and local businesses, accompanied by several specific wine glass sizes for each wine type.

There are several ways in which Villa Neri Resort & Spa has a responsible business policy that the Neri family applies to all its operations, starting with the use of energy from renewable sources that cover 95% of the hotel's energy consumption. Solar thermal energy is used to produce hot water, solar photovoltaic energy, with a capacity of 210 kWp which reduces CO2 emissions by 158 tonnes per year, is used to produce electricity. The heating and air-conditioning systems are powered by high-efficiency heat pumps, while the pool is sterilised with salt rather than chlorine. All waste is separated and the organic waste becomes the green manure.
