Situated on the same 400-metre-long secluded beach as its sister hotel, Paradise Koh Yao, and just a short journey from Phuket International Airport, your TreeHouse Villas experience begins. From the Yacht Haven Marina, you’ll embark on a 55-minute speedboat journey, during which you’ll enjoy the scenery as you travel through the spectacular, world-famous Phang Nga Bay. Situated in a secluded corner at the top of the idyllic island of Koh Yao Noi and nestled within a national reserve, you’ll find this luxurious and exclusive resort set in a tropical rainforest on its own private bay, surrounded by towering limestone cliffs.

The villas are the brainchild of an Australian industrial artist who has made ‘green buildings’ a hallmark of his work. Locally, he is known as the Green Artist and works hard to minimise the environmental impact of his designs.

Our romantic and exclusive resort opened in March 2018 and offers 25 distinctive TreeHouse villas with 100 m² of duplex living space and private infinity plunge pools, all accessible via their own suspension bridge, and 6 additional beachfront villas, single-storey villas with a 7-metre private infinity pool and direct walkway access to the beach.
