Kalahari Red Dunes Lodge

Kalhari Red Dunes Lodge, a lodge designed with great passion for detail, is set in the impressive Kalahari landscape characterised by red sand dunes and camel thorn trees. The main building, consisting of reception, lobby, restaurant and bar, a swimming pool and shaded terrace is set in a dry lake (vlei). A 120-metre boardwalk connects the main building to the chalets, which are located around the 'vlei, where animals can often be observed. Each chalet has a thatched roof, canvas and stone section, as well as a private terrace. During Nature / Game drives and nature walks, guests can experience the breathtaking beauty of the Kalahari with red dunes and a wide variety of wildlife.

Experience the vastness of the African savannah on the optional 2-day Trans Kalahari Walk. This guided walk leads through the desert-like settings and habitat of giraffes, zebras and antelopes and offers an overnight stay in a luxury tented camp in the dunes.
